CW Recruitment seeks a Service Coordinator to act as the central point of contact between field engineers, customers, suppliers and internal teams. You will schedule and allocate resources, manage engineers' calendars, monitor progress against deadlines, and keep customers informed to mitigate delays.

A technical mindset or CAD experience is advantageous, along with strong administration and customer care skills.

• Excellent Administration and customer care skills.
• Ability to manage calendars and coordinate resources.
• Technical mindset or experience with Technical Drawings (CAD) is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Act as central point of contact between field engineers, customers, suppliers and internal departments.
• Schedule and coordinate Service Engineers in line with project requirements and deadlines.
• Proactively monitor open jobs and keep customers and engineers updated to mitigate risk and delays.
