Job summary

nGeneration Limited is seeking a Field Service Planning Coordinator to join our Field Service team in Tipton, West Midlands. You will coordinate and schedule engineers, manage workloads and logistics, and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues to keep operations running smoothly.

An ideal candidate has prior administrative experience and a focus on accurate, timely service delivery in a busy environment. On-site work and UK eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with scheduling field service or similar operational work.
• First-line help desk analyst experience is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent customer service and timely communication in an operational support environment.
• Ability to resolve scheduling and SLA conflicts quickly.
