Job summary

EthosEnergy in Aberdeen is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to coordinate field service resources, manage workforce planning tools and support staffing for projects. The role involves close collaboration with Field Service Managers, customers, regional teams, vendors and Technical Field Advisors to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective field service operations.

You will handle travel bookings, visa support, timesheets, PPE provisioning and monthly reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor0s Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field preferred.
• Experience in field service operations, project coordination, workforce planning or resource management is advantageous.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field service resources and staffing for operational needs.
• Support visa applications and travel arrangements; liaise with travel provider.
• Maintain timesheets, trackers and procurement records for TFA team and training.
• Provide monthly utilisation reports to Field Service Manager and cost trackers.
