Zusammenfassung

EthosEnergy in Lincoln seeks an organised Tooling/Facility Coordinator to support global Field Service operations for the Light Turbines product line. You will manage tooling inventory, coordinate calibrations, and oversee goods in/out logistics at the Lincoln facility while providing cover for the Senior Field Service Coordinator, including out-of-hours support.

This is a hands-on role with attendance at the Lincoln site Monday to Friday, requiring forklift operation, travel bookings for the FS

Qualifikationen

• Experience with tooling shipment / coordination and trade compliance.
• Hands-on role requiring attendance at Lincoln facility Monday to Friday.
• Able to follow a prescribed tool maintenance program and maintain records.

Aufgaben

• Proactive management of tooling inventory and calibration records.
• Track tooling in and out of the facility and coordinate with suppliers.
• Oversee goods in/out, forklifting, and stock organisation at Lincoln site.
• Arrange travel and accommodation for Field Service (FS) team and provide out-of-hours cover.
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure asset maintenance and compliance.
• Administer timesheets and handle invoice reviews/approvals.
