Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in service coordination, engineering support, or technical administration.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent communication with customers, engineers and stakeholders.
• Experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily field service activities including installations, commissioning, maintenance, and reactive call-outs.
• Schedule engineers and maintain diaries, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
• Confirm customer requirements, service dates, and site access arrangements.
• Track job progress and update internal systems with accurate information.
• Act as a key point of contact for customers regarding service visits and updates.
• Prepare and issue relevant documentation including risk assessments and method statements.
• Ensure all activities comply with procedures and health & safety requirements.
• Review engineer reports and coordinate remedial actions and quotations.
• Arrange purchase orders, spare parts, and equipment deliveries to engineers and sites.
• Maintain records of engineer stock, tools, and calibration requirements.
• Support with raising monthly claims, invoices, and general service administration.
