Job summary

Boskalis Subsea Services in Aberdeen is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join the logistics team. The role covers mobilization/demobilization for equipment or projects worldwide, interfacing between the project team, vessel and suppliers, and managing all quayside activities with safety at the forefront.

The position requires 3+ years in oil & gas logistics, strong English, and competency with ERP and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Oil & Gas logistics or subsea construction.
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with ICT Office applications and ERP systems.
• Full, clean UK Driving Licence and flexibility with working hours.
• Desirable: Dangerous Goods by Air, Road and Sea experience and certificates; Forklift Licence; CILT qualification.

Responsibilities

• Provide logistics support to vessels in the BSS fleet.
• Act as conduit between onshore and offshore project teams.
• Manage all quayside activities and ensure safety and efficiency.
• Interface with Marine crew to capture requirements for each port call.
• Prepare shipment plans and update all parties on status up to delivery.
