Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Manager to lead a sizeable national engineering team and oversee the deployment of equipment across the UK. You will be responsible for performance, service delivery and achieving rollout milestones within a rapidly growing environment.

The role requires proven experience in managing field-based engineering teams and delivering large-scale deployments, with a background in electro-mechanical equipment being advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large engineering teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale national rollouts/deployments.
• Background in electro-mechanical equipment (ATM, vending, gaming machines or similar) would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a team of 10-20 Field Service Engineers.
• Oversee service delivery and engineering performance across a large national rollout.
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, engineer utilisation and customer service standards.
• Support recruitment, training and continued growth of the field service team.
