You will oversee service delivery, KPIs and customer service standards, while assisting with recruitment and ongoing team development. Salary ranges £55,000-£65,000, plus car allowance, bonus and excellent company benefits.

Qualifications

• Lead or senior field service engineer seeking progression into management.
• Experience leading, mentoring or supervising field service engineers.
• Strong electro-mechanical field service background.
• Experience in Retail, EPOS, ATM, vending or gaming equipment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and develop a team of Field Service Engineers.
• Oversee service delivery and engineering performance across a national rollout.
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, engineer utilisation and customer service standards.
• Support recruitment, training and continued growth of the service team.
