Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is recruiting a Field Service Manager to lead a 10-20 engineer team across a major national equipment rollout in the UK. You will drive service delivery, monitor performance and customer satisfaction while shaping the field service strategy.

The role requires proven leadership of sizeable engineering teams in electro-mechanical environments, with experience in large-scale deployments and a track record of improving KPIs and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Background in electro-mechanical field service (ATM/vending/gaming a plus).

North West - commutable from Manchester, Liverpool, Chester, Stockport, Runcorn, Northwich, Wigan, Warrington and surrounding areas

Are you a Field Service Manager with experience leading large engineering teams, looking to play a key role in a major national equipment rollout?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing organisation where you will take responsibility for a team of 10-20 Field Service Engineers, overseeing performance, service delivery and the successful deployment of equipment across the UK.

The company are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced service leader from an electro-mechanical field service background.

The Role:

• Lead, manage and develop a team of 10-20 Field Service Engineers
• Oversee service delivery and engineering performance across a large national rollout
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, engineer utilisation and customer service standards
• Support recruitment, training and continued growth of the field service team

The Person:

• Field Service Manager / Regional Service Manager
• Proven experience managing a sizeable field-based engineering team
• Experience supporting large-scale national rollouts / deployments
• Background in ATM, vending, gaming machines or similar electro-mechanical equipment would be an advantage.
