Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lead Field Service Engineer (Progression to Manager) to oversee a national rollout across the UK. The role involves leading a growing team of Field Service Engineers, driving performance and service delivery to ensure high standards are met.

The ideal candidate will have a strong electro-mechanical field service background and prior experience in mentoring or managing engineers.

Qualifications

• Lead/Senior Field Service Engineer looking to step into management.
• Previous experience leading, mentoring or supervising Field Service Engineers.
• Strong electro-mechanical field service background.
• Experience within Retail, EPOS, ATM, vending, gaming machines or similar equipment advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery and engineering performance across a national rollout.
• Manage KPIs, SLAs, engineer utilisation and customer service standards.

South East - commutable from London, Reading, Slough, High Wycombe, Watford, Guildford, Woking, Crawley, Chelmsford and surrounding areas

Are you a Lead / Senior Field Service Engineer looking to take the next step into management, or an experienced Field Service Manager looking to play a key role in a major national equipment rollout?

This is an excellent opportunity to progress into a leadership position where you will take responsibility for a growing team of Field Service Engineers, overseeing performance, service delivery and the successful deployment of equipment across the UK.

The company are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced electro-mechanical field service professional with strong leadership skills to help develop and grow their engineering team.
