Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Lead Field Service Engineer in the South East to progress into a managerial position. The role covers a national rollout and leadership of a growing team of engineers across the UK.

You will oversee service delivery, KPIs and customer service standards, while assisting with recruitment and ongoing team development. Salary ranges £55,000-£65,000, plus car allowance, bonus and excellent company benefits.

Are you a Lead / Senior Field Service Engineer looking to take the next step into management, or an experienced Field Service Manager looking to play a key role in a major national equipment rollout?

This is an excellent opportunity to progress into a leadership position where you will take responsibility for a growing team of Field Service Engineers, overseeing performance, service delivery and the successful deployment of equipment across the UK.

The company are going through an exciting period of growth and are looking for an experienced electro-mechanical field service professional with strong leadership skills to help develop and grow their engineering team.

The Role:

• Lead, support and develop a team of Field Service Engineers
