Job summary

Focal Systems is seeking a Field Service Team Lead to manage installations across customer sites in the UK. The role involves leading a team of technicians, installing camera hardware, and ensuring quality and timely delivery.

The position is a fixed-term contract (6 months) with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Overnight work and night shifts are expected, with a valid UK driving licence required.

Qualifications

• Proven field service experience including leadership or supervision.
• Strong technical troubleshooting across hardware and software.
• Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate a team of Field Service Technicians on site to keep installations on plan and schedule.
• Install, mount, connect and configure camera hardware per company standards; oversee the team on the same tasks.
• Conduct pre-installation site checks and briefings to identify issues.
• Be the primary on-site customer contact; escalate and resolve issues to meet SLAs.
