Job summary

Anglian Window and Door Engineers are sought to service and install Anglian products with a focus on first-time-right fixes. You will travel to customer homes, diagnose faults, and perform maintenance under warranty while delivering exceptional service.

You will be supported by tools and a company van, with a strong emphasis on customer care, reliability, and professional workmanship. A full driving licence and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in uPVC installation and maintenance or equivalent qualification.
• Strong customer service experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to work independently in a field-based role.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility within the week.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer homes to identify faults and take corrective action under warranty and quality standards.
• Demonstrate correct product care to customers.
• Provide high level of service with a customer-focused approach.
• Complete service calls on schedule using Right First Time principles to reduce cancellations.
• Accurately and promptly complete paperwork and update PDA records.

Job description

Are you an experiencedWindow and Door Engineerwho takes pride in their work? Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? Are you someone who wants to get the job done right, first time every time?Do you have previous experience of uPVC installation and maintenance?

OurWindow and DoorEngineersare essential to efficiently & effectively assist our customers with any product and installation related maintenance for Anglian installed products covered by our 10-year warranty. We will provide all the tools and equipment that you will need to carry out this role including a van, PDA, mobile phone and tools.

Your duties will include:

• Visiting customer homes, identifying the fault and taking the appropriate action to rectify in line with our warranty and our quality standards
• To demonstrate & explain correct product care to customers
• Be customer focused and provide a high level of service to every customer
• Completing service calls as scheduled and in a timely manner using our, “Right First Time” approach, helping to reduce any cancelled appointments
• Accurate and timely completion of paperwork and regular updating of the supplied PDA device

You will need:

• Experience of uPVC installation and maintenance (or relevant qualification)
• Excellent customer service skills and experience in a customer facing environment
• Be able to work on your own initiative in a standalone field based role
• A willingness to travel as required and show flexibility within the working week
• Good time management skills
• Good communication skills
• A full driving license
