Job summary

Getronics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover field service and on-site clients across the UK. The role includes maintenance and support for IT hardware, delivering excellent customer service, and training junior engineers while coordinating with clients and vendors.

A full UK driving license and security checks are required, with training provided. Salary ranges between £24,600 and £27,700 per year, based on experience, with 37.5 hours per week and occasional out-of-hours work.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving license and access to a car.
• Baseline Personnel Security Standard check.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for field-based clients and on-site IT hardware services.
• Ensure tasks are completed in line with company standards and procedures.
• Deliver exceptional customer service on-site and maintain high customer satisfaction.
