Qualifications

• Degree in electrical or mechanical engineering preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electro-mechanical hardware support, including routine proactive tasks.
• Troubleshoot faults and perform preventive maintenance to improve uptime.
• Provide technical training to customers on Roche diagnostic systems.
• Maintain regulatory documentation and ensure compliance in service delivery.
• Build relationships with peers and stakeholders to align service objectives.
• Participate in internal reviews to showcase progress and service excellence.
