Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover the Somerset area and surrounding regions in the South and South West England. You will install, maintain and repair electro‑mechanical systems, providing hands-on service and customer training to healthcare providers.

You will work with high‑value capital equipment, diagnosing issues from components to systems while travelling across the UK and collaborating with the Regional Technical Manager to ensure top‑quality service and

Qualifications

Engineering or electrical qualification required.
Experience with high-value capital equipment is preferred.
Strong diagnostic skills from component to system level and excellent communication with customers.

Responsabilités

Diagnose, repair and maintain electro‑mechanical, fluidic and electronic systems across the South and South West England region.
Carry out preventative, corrective, modification and installation work for Roche products.
Deliver on-site and office-based customer training to ensure effective equipment use.
Support new product launches and grow key business accounts across the territory.
Collaborate with Regional Technical Manager and Technical Services team to deliver service excellence.
Represent Roche with professionalism at customer sites across the region with travel as needed.
