Job summary

Roche Diagnostics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to ensure maximum uptime of molecular, tissue and serum work areas, plus digital portfolio. You will combine on-site support with remote diagnostics, resolving electro‑mechanical faults and performing preventive maintenance across designated customer sites in the UK.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to train customers.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• HNC/HND with proven track record encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Deliver electro‑mechanical hardware support and routine tasks.
• Troubleshoot complex faults and perform preventive maintenance.
