Qualifications

• Solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.

• Full UK driving licence.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting mindset.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventive maintenance and reactive repairs on materials handling equipment.
• Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills.
• Complete service reports, documentation, and parts management.
• Deliver excellent customer service on-site as a company ambassador.
• Identify upsell opportunities and additional work where appropriate.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.
