Job summary

Jungheinrich in Northern Ireland is seeking a hands-on Field Service Engineer to service and maintain our materials handling equipment across the region. You’ll work autonomously on customer sites, diagnosing faults and delivering high-quality service while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Solid mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience working in a field-based or customer-facing role.
• The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on materials handling equipment
• Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
• Complete accurate service reports, documentation, and parts management
• Deliver excellent customer service on-site, acting as a company ambassador
• Identify upsell opportunities and additional work where appropriate
• Ensure full health & safety compliance at all times
