Qualifications

• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills.
• Experience in field-based or customer-facing roles.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs on materials handling equipment.
• Diagnose faults using electrical and mechanical skills.
• Complete service reports and parts management.
• Deliver on-site customer service and act as company ambassador.
• Identify upsell opportunities where appropriate.
• Ensure health and safety compliance at all times.
