Job summary

Haier lnc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes across Harlow and nearby areas, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues to restore function.

The role requires a full valid driving licence, strong communication and customer service skills, and self-motivation. Training is provided, with opportunities to increase earnings through product upsell bonuses and enhanced rates over time.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer preferred, but not essential.
• In-house training and support available to develop brilliant service skills.
• Strong communication and customer service abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Harlow and surrounding areas to diagnose and fix appliance issues.
• Keep customers and colleagues updated on progress and manage time effectively throughout the day.
• Maintain stock levels in the van and ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs.
• Adhere to health and safety requirements and complete testing to distinguish live, neutral and earth wires.
