Job summary

Haier lnc. is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes around Ellesmere Port and the surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing appliance issues to restore functionality. You will manage your time across the day, keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress and monitoring stock levels in your van.

Applicants should have a full, valid driving licence. Training is provided through City and Guilds-certified in-house programs, with opportunities to upsell products

Qualifications

• Valid driving licence required.
• Experience as White Goods Engineer preferred but not essential.
• Strong technical and customer service skills.
• In-house City and Guilds training provided.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes across Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas.
• Fix appliance issues to get them up and running again.
• Manage your time effectively and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Keep on top of van stock levels day by day.
