Job summary

Haier Europe is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in Wakefield and surrounding areas, diagnosing and repairing domestic appliances to restore operation. You will manage time efficiently, keeping customers and colleagues updated on progress and maintaining stock levels in your van daily.

The role rewards self‑motivation and strong communication with customers, and offers in‑house City and Guilds training to develop skills and confidence on the job.

Qualifications

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred but not essential.
• Strong technical and customer service skills are important.
• In-house training provided by City and Guilds.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in Wakefield and surrounding areas to repair appliances.
• Manage your time and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress.
• Keep van stock levels up to date on a day‑to‑day basis.
