Job summary

• Engineering or electrical qualification; biomedical/industrial background preferred.
• Field service experience with high-value capital equipment.
• Strong diagnostic skills from component to system level.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers.
• Willingness to travel within the South/South West England and broader UK when required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair and maintain electro‑mechanical, fluidic and electronic systems across the South and South West England region.
• Installations, preventative maintenance, corrective actions and modifications for Roche products.
• Deliver on-site and office-based customer training to ensure effective equipment use.
• Support new product launches and grow key business accounts across your territory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Technical Manager and the wider Technical Services team to deliver exceptional service.
• Represent Roche professionally at customer sites with occasional UK travel.
