Job summary

Roche Diagnostics seeks a Field Service Engineer to maintain and support world-class medical equipment across the South region of the UK. You will diagnose, repair and install systems, delivering on-site and office-based training to healthcare teams.

You will build strong customer relationships while travelling within the South and South West England to support Roche product launches and grow key accounts. A biomedical/industrial engineering background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering or electrical qualification, ideally biomedical/industrial.
• Field service experience with high-value capital equipment.
• Strong diagnostic skills from component to system level.
• Excellent communication and customer relationship skills.
• Willingness to travel within the South and South West England region and occasionally across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain electro-mechanical, fluidic, and electronic systems across the South and South West England region.
• Carry out preventative, corrective, modification, installation for Roche products.
• Deliver both on-site and office-based customer training to ensure effective equipment use.
• Support new product launches and help grow key business accounts across your territory.
• Collaborate with the Regional Technical Manager and wider Technical Services team to deliver exceptional service.
• Represent Roche with professionalism and integrity at customer sites across the region (with occasional UK travel).
