Job summary

Roche is seeking Field Service Engineers to cover Carlisle, Dumfries, and the South West Scotland region. You will diagnose and repair electro-mechanical, fluidic and electronic systems on high‑value medical equipment, reporting to a Regional Technical Manager.

The role includes installation, preventative maintenance, corrective actions, modifications and out‑of-hours support across the UK, with travel to client sites and a strong training program to develop expertise within Roche Diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Engineering or electrical qualification.
• Field service experience with high-value capital equipment.
• Willingness to travel across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for medical equipment in the field.
• Perform preventative, corrective, modification, and installation tasks.
• Provide out-of-hours support as required.
