Overview

Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Complex Engineering Systems

Location: UK-based (with regular international travel)

Travel: Overseas travel to Europe and the USA (minimum once per month)

Responsibilities

• Install, test, and commission complex engineering systems on customer sites.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during and after installation.
• Work closely with customers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
• Travel overseas regularly (at least once per month) to Europe and the USA.
• Support system upgrades, maintenance, and service activities as required.

About You

We are open to engineers at different stages of their career. While product-specific training will be provided, we are looking for candidates with a solid technical foundation, such as:

• A degree, HNC, or HND in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Systems, or related field).
• OR equivalent hands-on experience in wiring, installing, or commissioning engineering systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.
• Flexibility to travel internationally at short notice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
