As a Field Service Engineer, you’ll be hands‑on with hardware, visiting customer sites and remote worker locations to deliver deskside support that keeps businesses running smoothly. This is a dynamic, fast‑paced role where you’ll grow your technical skills, build confidence, and gain exposure to a wide range of environments.

Responsibilities
  • Travel across County Antrim providing deskside support to end users.
  • Deliver hardware and software support to customer sites and remote worker locations.
  • Resolve real technical challenges and contribute to service quality.
What we are looking for:
  • Working knowledge of MS Windows OS & MS Office Suite
  • End User Devices hardware experience
  • Deskside support experience
  • Excellent customer‑facing skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers
  • Clean driving licence
  • Self‑management with good organisational skills
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to follow remote advanced technical instruction
Ideally, you will possess hands‑on work experience or have a sound knowledge of:
  • Desktop / Workstation – (Dell, HP)
  • Laptop – (Dell, HP)
  • Server Module Support
  • Network Module Support

You’ll be working to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), playing a key part in helping Capita meet its commitments.
