Overview

Our client is a global provider of scientific solutions, helping laboratories around the world enable advancements in many areas such as pharmaceutical, food, environmental and healthcare. They are currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Field Service Engineer to join their team covering customer sites across the UK.

Responsibilities
  • Travel to customer sites across the UK (primarily the Southeast) to carry out repairs, maintenance and installations of complex scientific imaging instruments used within the drug development process.
  • Schedule your own time, provide on-site user training and ensure documentation is correct and up to date.
Qualifications
  • A HNC or equivalent in Electrical & Mechanical Engineering
  • A full driving licence
  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar field service environment
  • Comfortable with extensive travel
  • Applications invited from ex-military personnel with an Electrical & Mechanical Engineering background
