NEOS Engineering are partnered with a global leader in heavy equipment, materials handling, and specialist machinery, seeking several Mobile Service Engineers to join their team across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for mechanically minded engineers (with some electrical knowledge) to work with cutting-edge equipment, enjoy excellent training opportunities, and be part of a company that invests heavily in staff development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Service, repair and maintain heavy plant, forklift, agricultural or material handling equipment.
  • Cover customer sites within an hour of your home location (door-to-door).
  • Diagnose faults, carry out preventative maintenance, and ensure machinery is kept in excellent working order.
  • Complete job reports, maintain accurate service records, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Optional participation in call-out rota (GBP150 per week standby, covering one site).
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • Strong mechanical skills, with an understanding of hydraulics, engines and transmissions.
  • Electrical bias advantageous, especially in the South (supporting new electric carrier orders).
  • Previous experience working on heavy plant, forklift, agriculture, or material handling equipment.
  • Confident working independently with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
