We are currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our UK Service Department covering the Edinburgh area.

MUST BE BASED IN THE EH POSTCODE AREA

Salary: £32,400 - £35,400 P/A (OTE £42,000 +)

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4:30pm. (1 in 3 weekends or 1 in 4 weekends - Contractual).

Key duties/responsibilities:
  • Travelling on a daily basis to our customer homes to service and repair Acorn Stairlifts.
  • Diagnosing, and providing hands on troubleshooting, service, and repairs to existing Stairlifts within the field.
  • Meeting all target and deadlines in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide high levels of customer service – ensure satisfaction and implement any necessary corrective actions, with the assistance of management.
  • Carrying out the product update and safety checks in a safe manner.
  • To communicate effectively with external customers, and provide customer feedback.
