Job title: Field Sales Rep - Remote Flexible - Cambridge

Compensation: £15.12 / hour

Responsibilities

As a Field Interviewer, you’ll visit people in their homes to carry out vital research that shapes public policy from healthcare to education. Using a tablet, you’ll guide conversations to collect real insights into daily life in Britain. This isn’t a desk job; you’ll be out knocking on doors, often unannounced. Some people won’t answer. Some will say no. You’ll face tough moments, but when someone says yes and shares their story, you’ll know you’ve helped influence real change.

Key tasks include:

• Conduct home visits to collect data through conversations and surveys
• Use a tablet to guide and record responses
• Engage respectfully with participants to gather accurate information

Qualifications & Requirements

• Resilient, confident communicators
• People who bounce back after rejection
• Independent, self-motivated workers
• Comfortable using basic tech (+ home WiFi)
• Able to commit to at least 18 hours per week, including evenings and weekends
• Right to work in the UK
• Access to a laptop or tablet for training
• DBS check required
• Class 1 Business Insurance (you’ll need to purchase this)
• Must have a valid UK driving licence and sole use of a car

No research experience needed. If you’ve worked in a role where you support or interact with members of the public, or customers you’ve already got the right skills.

Compensation & Benefits

Average earnings: The average interviewer earns £15.12/hour (£13.50 per hour + £1.62 holiday pay), with the opportunity to earn more the more interviews you achieve. If a month’s completed interviews would bring your salary below minimum wage, we will pay the difference.

Joining bonus: You’ll receive a £250 joining bonus to get you started.
