Field Sales Executive - Cotteswold Dairy

About You

• Confident communicator with the ability to influence and engage
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work on your own initiative
• Positive outlook with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable approaching and talking to new people
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• DBS check required (supported by the company)
• Previous sales experience desirable but not essential

Hours, Pay & Benefits

• Hours: 37.5 hours per week, typically Monday to Friday, 11:00 – 19:00 (includes travel time)
• Salary: Competitive base salary + uncapped commission (target of 50 new customers per week; £10 additional commission per customer beyond target)
• Benefits: Enhanced pension (4.0% employee contribution; 4.5% employer contribution); claim healthcare costs back via Simply Health (after probation); brand new welfare facilities at Tewkesbury.
