Yell is looking for ambitious Business Development Managers to join our Field Sales team. You will hunt new business, tailor digital marketing solutions, and close deals with local UK clients to drive revenue growth.

You will nurture client relationships, manage accounts for up to 12 months post-sale, and analyze data to uncover growth opportunities, maximizing ROI. Join a high-energy, award-winning team focused on success.

Qualifications

• Proven sales success in field sales or telesales.
• Strong relationship-building and negotiation.
• Resilience and a positive outlook overcoming objections.
• Excellent presentation skills—verbal and written.
• Experience in SaaS is desirable.
• Full UK driving license with up to 6 points.

Responsibilities

• Hunting for New Business: proactively prospecting through self-sourced and company-provided leads to open doors to new clients.
• Tailoring Solutions: engage in face-to-face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer tailored digital marketing solutions.
• Closing Deals: presenting, negotiating, and sealing the deal with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
• Client Management: nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and ongoing account management for up to 12 months post-sale.
• Data Analysis: conduct in-depth reviews to identify opportunities for growth, boosting client ROI and delivering long-term success.
