Allianz Partners is recruiting experienced vehicle technicians for field-based roadside support in the UK. You will start from home, work from a fully equipped van, diagnose faults on-site, and decide between repair or recovery to get customers back on the road.

The role emphasizes autonomy, customer communication, and safe decision-making, with ongoing training and a strong focus on data governance and ethical tech use.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician who can work independently at the scene.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment.
• Confident, calm customer communication; you’re the face of Allianz Partners at the roadside.
• Comfortable using IT, mobile apps and diagnostic software.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to drive a fully equipped van.
• EV qualifications welcomed; training available with us.
• Flexibility to work rotating shift pattern between 7am and 10pm, including weekends/bank holidays.

Aufgaben

• Attend roadside assistance calls, diagnose faults and repair at scene where safe.
• Make practical decisions on repair vs recovery; arrange recovery/dealer attention when needed.
• Own each job end-to-end: communicate with customers, set expectations, provide reassurance.
• Operate and maintain the van and tools, follow safety procedures, keep notes in systems.
• Meet service, safety and quality standards while pursuing achievable targets with financial rewards.
• Work with AI/Data analytics tools in line with data governance and security standards.
