Job summary

Allianz Partners in the United Kingdom is seeking experienced vehicle technicians to be the call at the roadside. You’ll start from home, operate from a fully equipped van and use diagnostic skills to get customers safely back on the road or arrange recovery when needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a vehicle/roadside technician who can work independently at the scene.
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment.
• Confident, calm customer communication; you’re the face of Allianz Partners at the roadside.

Responsibilities

• Attend roadside assistance calls, assess the situation, diagnose faults and repair at scene where safe.
• Make safety-led decisions on repair vs recovery; arrange recovery when needed.
• Own each job end-to-end: communicate with customers, set expectations, and provide reassurance.
