Job summary

Engage Services, part of the Marston Holdings Limited group, is seeking a Resolution Field Agent (Self-Employed) to visit residential and commercial properties across the UK. You will resolve customer accounts, reconnect services, and support customers facing financial difficulties while maintaining high professional standards.

The role offers flexible working patterns (minimum two weekdays, eight hours per day) with guaranteed daily rate and full training.

Qualifications

• Own vehicle with business insurance.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle for London ULEZ zones.
• Clean DBS check
• Healthy credit history
• CCJs considered with repayment arrangements
• Strong organisational, negotiation, and case-management skills
• Professional communication with customers and clients
• Ability to work independently within company policies and objectives
• Willingness to be coached and improve performance

Responsibilities

• Carry out field visits to residential and commercial properties.
• Resolve customer accounts and provide reconnection support.
• Communicate professionally with customers and clients.
• Collect accurate utility meter readings.
• Identify and manage disputes following company procedures.
