Job summary

Orion Electrotech - Midlands is seeking a proactive Scheduler to join our team in Kettering. You will plan and coordinate daily activities of field-based engineers operating nationwide, ensuring efficient job allocation and optimised diaries while delivering high levels of service.

You will work closely with engineers, customers and internal teams to prioritise reactive and planned works, manage changing schedules and complete service activities within agreed timescales, using our CRM and

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, planning or customer service roles.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience with scheduling, service management or CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule engineer visits, installations, maintenance and service appointments.
• Manage engineer workloads and diaries to maximise efficiency and geographical coverage.
• Liaise with customers regarding appointments, updates and job progress.
• Prioritise urgent and reactive requests whilst maintaining scheduled works.
• Monitor engineer progress throughout the day and amend schedules where required.
• Maintain accurate records using internal scheduling and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure service level agreements are achieved.
• Resolve scheduling conflicts and proactively address potential delays.
