We have an exciting opportunity for a Field Operations Coordinator in our London office.

What you’ll do:
Operational Excellence
  • Champion efficient and effective ways of working across the Ops team and within the field.
  • Identify and implement cost-control measures and process improvements that benefit stores and support teams alike.
  • Own personal goal setting and the delivery of operational projects with a focus on scalability, compliance, and field impact.
  • Support business initiatives and ensure all critical store-level tasks and deadlines are met through cross-functional collaboration.
Store Operations & Administration
  • Oversee critical store requests and issues via Zendesk/Raven, ensuring timely resolution, escalation, and communication.
  • Maintain expert-level knowledge of in-store systems and operational tools (e.g., 365, SPOTLIGHT, ATTENSI, MICROSTRATEGY, QLIK, Adobe Suite).
  • Coordinate regional feedback and align on action plans.
  • Maintain accurate records of resources, communications, training, and operational initiatives.
Communication
  • Act as the central liaison between stores and the corporate office, promoting inclusive, timely, and effective communication.
  • Manage the content, publishing, and cadence (52‑week plan) of all field communications.
  • Partner with Field Leadership through weekly calls and store visits to ensure local needs are represented.
  • Support communication strategies for rollout of new policies, projects, and store visit action plans.
Field Development
  • Lead operational training for all new field hires, including Store Managers, District Managers, and Assistant Managers.
  • Partner with L&D and Field Leadership to develop and implement monthly training priorities and resources.
  • Identify and support training across regions Destination ONE locations.
  • Coordinate translation and production of cost‑effective training materials and operational documentation.
New Store Openings (NSO) & Real Estate Projects
  • Partner with NSO Operations Manager on end‑to‑end operational process for NSOs, Design, and Visual teams. Support with project timeline and ensure operational readiness and milestone completion.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training for new store teams.
  • Conduct post‑opening visits to assess store performance, training gaps, and compliance with operational standards.
