Job summary

Reed is seeking an IT Support Engineer for a 12-month fixed-term contract to deliver on-site user support across multiple sites in East Yorkshire. The role focuses on hardware deployment, troubleshooting and supporting production and warehouse operations.

The candidate should be proficient in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and ITIL-based processes, with a strong emphasis on customer service and the ability to travel across sites in Yorkshire.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong hardware diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and service desk tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site IT support across multiple sites.
• Support PCs, laptops, printers, mobiles and peripherals.
• Diagnose hardware, connectivity and device issues.
• Support industrial/operational technology in manufacturing settings.
• Configure, deploy, replace and relocate IT equipment.
• Assist with user onboarding and leaver processes.
