Job summary

Iron Service Global UK Ltd seeks an OSS/Onsite Support Engineer to provide onsite End User Services, workplace IT support, and IT/OT assistance in a production/manufacturing environment. The role covers Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, laptops/desktops, and peripheral devices, with asset tracking and inventory management responsibilities.

Qualifications

3-8 years of End User Support/OSS experience.
Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or mill environments preferred.
Experience in EUS, onsite support, and IT/OT integrated environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Provide onsite support for Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, laptops, desktops, mobile devices, tablets, and peripherals.
Handle IMACD, hardware life cycle, asset tracking, and inventory management.
Support production workstations, MES, IoT/OT devices, and manufacturing applications.
Troubleshoot LAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, VPN, hardware, connectivity, and cabling issues.
Coordinate with Service Desk, Infrastructure, Network, Security, Application, OT/Automation teams, and vendors.
Support incident, problem, change, vendor, and major incident activities.
