Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking an IT Field Engineer based in Leeds with hybrid working. The role supports on-site IT across services, resolving issues on laptops, networks and Microsoft 365 while enabling colleagues to work securely and effectively.

You’ll travel within a regional area, install and maintain equipment, and collaborate with IT teams to keep services running smoothly. DBS checks apply and parts of the role involve site moves and new implementations.

Qualifications

• Full clean UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• Experience across laptops/desktops, Microsoft 365 and networks.
• Ability to work across multiple sites and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, Wi‑Fi, telephony and printing issues.
• Install, configure, replace and relocate laptops, desktops and other end-user equipment.
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365 and Entra ID / Active Directory environments.
• Install and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, APs, VoIP handsets and printers.
• Assist with site surveys and plan equipment and infrastructure requirements.
• Maintain ITSM tickets and asset records.
• Collaborate with Service Desk and IT teams to resolve complex issues.
• Travel within regional area and manage own workload.
