Job summary

Opus People Solutions Limited is seeking a Field IT Technician to travel to local sites once or twice a week and provide on-site and remote IT support. You will own incidents, deploy devices, and maintain an up-to-date IT environment across locations.

The role requires solid Windows and Microsoft 365 knowledge, plus experience with Intune/Autopilot and strong customer service skills. A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• GCSE Maths and English at minimum GCSE level.
• Relevant IT qualification desirable (e.g., CompTIA A+ or Microsoft 365 Fundamentals).
• Experience in desktop/field support and 2nd line IT role.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on 1st and 2nd line IT support at offices, sites and remotely.
• Own incidents and service requests through to resolution and update ITSM platform.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, peripherals, printing, meeting-room and connectivity issues.
