Hanshow is hiring a Technical & Service Engineer to diagnose and repair hardware issues across electronic shelf labels and access points. You will test parts, document repairs, and maintain inventory while providing on-site support for clients and coordinating with R&D and other engineering teams.

You will conduct regular on-site inspections, ensure compliance with safety standards, and manage repair tools and parts to support multiple projects efficiently.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or above in IT, telecommunications, mechanical engineering or related technical field.
• 3-5 years of experience in project and technical support.
• Excellent command of both English and Mandarin.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues, with rapid response to urgent problems.
• Ability to work efficiently on several projects in parallel.
• Strong team collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to handle pressure and prioritise tasks.
• Driving license is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair hardware issues in equipment including electronic shelf label and access point.
• Replace defective parts and test hardware to ensure reliable operation.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance tasks and parts inventory.
• Provide technical support to clients or internal teams; regular on-site inspection is mandatory.
• Collaborate with R&D and other engineering teams to identify recurring hardware issues and contribute to product improvement.
• Track and manage hardware inventory and repair tools.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory guidelines during repairs and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular on-site inspections for clients and prepare summary reports.
