Impact Handling is recruiting a Field Service Engineer – Materials Handling to diagnose faults, service equipment, and perform emergency repairs on customer and company machines. The role requires safe, on-site work and clear communication with customers and colleagues to ensure full operational performance.

You will operate in a busy area, reporting to the local service manager, with a focus on materials handling equipment and related systems.

Qualificações

• A technical background in Materials Handling or similar.
• Previous experience and qualifications in a similar role.
• Experience working on mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
• Good attitude with the ability to stay motivated and productive.
• A customer-focused perspective and approach.
• Ability to work independently on sites in a safe manner, considering safety for self and others.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose faults with machinery and perform servicing and emergency repairs.
• Work on both customer and Impact Handling owned machines to ensure full working order.
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal colleagues; complete all required documentation.
