Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding field work including climbing.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence required.
• Commercial awareness and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Perform full fibre installations: surveying, testing and troubleshooting while meeting safety standards.
• Conduct site inspections and risk assessments; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain professional interactions with residents, clients and stakeholders.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to service improvements and customer experience.
• Meet Circet safety standards and address field risks promptly.
• Handle client complaints professionally and adapt to changing needs.
