Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our team in Worksop - S80. The role focuses on organising daily work, performing Fibre installations and repairs, and ensuring high standards of service for residents and clients.

You will work outdoors, handle inspections, and collaborate with the team while maintaining Circet safety standards. Ideal candidates are physically capable, hold a full UK driving licence, and have strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding outdoor work, incl. climbing and lifting.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence required.
• Basic DBS check.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across all technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily/weekly work schedule for Fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in all weather, completing installations per day.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third parties.
• Perform full Fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings; provide feedback to improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address field risks.
• Resolve client complaints promptly to maintain relationships.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
