Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join our Mansfield team. You will organise and execute fibre installations and repairs, often outdoors, requiring physical fitness and a full UK driving licence.

You will interact with residents, clients and third parties, delivering professional service and solutions while adhering to safety standards. Training is provided for telecommunications experience and related tasks.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work including climbing and outdoor tasks.
• Full UK manual driving licence (required).
• Basic DBS check is required.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Telecoms experience preferred; training provided for the right candidate.
• Good understanding of health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedules for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and in varying weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service in interactions with residents and clients.
• Carry out full fibre installations including surveying, testing and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings and provide feedback to improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet safety standards and address potential risks in the field.
• Resolve client complaints promptly and maintain strong relationships.
• Perform other duties as required by management.
