Job summary

Circet UK is seeking a Service Delivery Technician to join our Doncaster team. You will organise schedules, perform fibre installations, surveys, and testing, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while providing excellent customer service.

The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work and travel; telecoms experience is preferred, with full training provided. Includes a 40-hour week with some weekend work and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work, incl. climbs and heavy lifting.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• Basic DBS check.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills across technical levels.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided.
• Good understanding of health & safety practices.
• Full right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Organise daily and weekly work schedule for fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in challenging conditions to complete installations.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients, and third-party stakeholders.
• Perform full fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and risks with safety compliance.
• Participate in team meetings to share feedback and improve performance.
• Adhere to Circet’s safety standards and address risks in the field.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly; maintain relationships.
• Duties as assigned by management, showing flexibility.
