Job summary

Circet UK is hiring a Service Delivery Technician to join our Perth team. You will be responsible for organising daily schedules and performing full Fibre installations, surveys, testing and troubleshooting, while adhering to safety and industry standards.

The role involves outdoor, physically demanding work, driving a UK licence, and delivering high-quality customer service to residents and clients. 40 hours/week with occasional Saturday work; travel required.

Qualifications

• Physically capable of demanding work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Full clean UK manual driving licence.
• Basic DBS check and right to work in the UK.
• Strong customer-facing and communication skills.
• Telecoms experience preferred; full training provided for the right candidate.
• Solid understanding of health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Organise your daily and weekly work schedule to ensure timely Fibre installations and repairs.
• Work outdoors in a physically demanding role and potentially adverse weather conditions.
• Maintain high standards of customer service with residents, clients and third-party stakeholders.
• Perform full Fibre installations, including surveying, testing, and troubleshooting, adhering to quality and industry standards.
• Conduct site inspections to assess feasibility and provide risk assessments per safety standards.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to improve performance.
• Maintain Circet safety standards and address potential risks in the field.
• Resolve client and customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
